Tony Thomas is the Artist who also produced and recorded the song "Funkiest Beat" in the late 80's with his group at that time "Bodyguard"! Bodyguard consisted of Tony and the late film star Michael "Bear" Taliferro. Their song is still be used by DJ's in mixes and also appears on 80's Hip-hop compilation albums. It can still be found for sale nationally and internationally, including places on the Net.hits
